Ryburgh community Pub Limited makes an offer to buy the Blue Boar Inn

Ryburgh Community Pub Limited has made an offer to buy the Blue Boar Inn at the full current market value, which was based on a comprehensive valuation carried out by and advised to us by Christie and Co, one of the largest pub valuers in the country.

Out of respect to the parties involved, we will not be disclosing the details of the offer until we are confident that it has been received by the other party.
